Mortgage Rate falls as Euribor rate tumbles:

 

There is great news for those canny enough to be buying now as the 12-month Euribor indicator, which is used to calculate most mortgage repayments in Tenerife, fell to 3.025% at the end of December.....

Spanish Wealth Tax axed:

 

The Patrimonio, a tax on an individuals assets and wealth has been effectively scrapped by reducing it's rate to 0% for both residents and non-residents.
